•CAMERA READY ART: Must be a clean, black image on a white background, representing exactly what is to be printed. All multicolored artwork must be color separted. Small type or linework may need to be reset in order to provide you the best possible reproduction. If there is a need to touch up or reset your artwork, you will be faxed or sent a paper proof at no extra charge. Full color artwork and/or images must be provided electronically as a 4 x 5, or 8 x 10 transparency, or as a glossy photo to size or larger.
•COMPUTER GENERATED ARTWORK: Our art department utilizes the latest Apple Power Macintosh systems and will accept artwork on a 3.5” disk, Mac formatted ZIP, or via e-mail. We will accept files in Freehand (ver 5.5 or later), Photoshop (3.0) or later, or Quark Express (3.32 or later). If providing art on disk please be sure to include all tif or eps images and all screen and printer fonts. Protect your disk from damage when mailing.
•ART CHARGE: There will be an additionl art charge to clean up or color separate any artwork that is not camera ready. You will be given an estimate at the time of your order. These charges are usually minimal.
•CUSTOM ARTWORK & DESIGN: Is available and will be billed at $35.00 per hour. There is no charge for simple typesetting.
•CUSTOMER FILM: We do not accept customer film.
•CLIP ART/STOCK PHOTOS: Thousands of clip art logos and full color images are available for little or no charge. Call or fax us with the subject matter to find out what we have to fit your needs.
•COPY OR COLOR CHANGES: Add $15.50 (G) for each copy or color change of the same design or layout. Full color copy changes are the same as the full color set-up charge.
•HALFTONE PHOTOS OR SCREEN TINTS: There is no charge for Tru Color half tones and/or screen tints reproduced at 150 200 LPI. Screen printed half tones will be reproduced at 80 to 100 LPI, add $30.00 (G). We will not guarantee the quality reproduction of all photographs provided. The better the original, the higher quality of the reproduction.
•PROOFS: A black and white paper proof; color paper proof, and/or e-mail proof will be provided at no charge. Each additional proof may require a $5.00 charge if revisions are made. Color match prints can be provided on Tru Color jobs for $25.00 (G) per color.
•PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS: Are available on most products for $30.00 (G) per color, $90.00(G) for full color proofs, plus all
applicable art, film and setup charges if changes are made. All proofs must be returned signed before jobs can be printed. Please allow extra production time if proofs are not returned withing 24 hours.
•SPEC SAMPLES: Call factory for price and availability.
•LOGOS: All logos must be provided camera ready. Logos requiring enhancement or modification will be billed at $35.00 per hour. It is not necessary to provide camera ready art for
common logos such as real estate or insurance companies.
•STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS: Are available at no additional charge. The PMS colors shown below are only approximate representations.
•METALIC INK COLORS: Metallic gold, silver, copper, bronze, red, blue, and green are available. Add $25.00 (G).
•PEARL LUSTER: All ink colors may be highlighted with our pearl luster finish for the price of an extra ink color plus $25.00 (G) setup.
•FLUORESCENT COLORS: Fluorescent Yellow, Pink, Green, Blue, and Orange are available for $25.00 (G) per color.
•COLOR MATCHES: May be mixed to an approximate color for $31.25 (G). Because of the difference in ink pigments used in PMS color swatches and screen printing inks, colors may vary slightly. For exact PMS Color Matches call factory for quote.
PRODUCTION
•OVER RUNS & UNDER RUNS: All orders are subject to 5% over runs or under runs. It is our policy not to charge for overruns. Exact counts can be made for an additional 10% service charge.
•QUALITY: We always strive for the best quality possible. However, due to the many steps invloved in the manufacturing process imprint quality may vary from one order to the next.
•LESS THAN MINUMUM: Not available.
•RUSH SERVICE: May be available. Call factory for availablilty and cost.
•CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled orders will be subject to all charges incurred for work done up to the time of cancellation.
SHIPPING
•SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. F.O.B. point Arvada, Colorado 80002.
•SHIPPING LABELS: Must be provided for every 500 units.
Blank written labels will be used if none are provided
•SHIPPING WEIGHT: Are listed for each item next to pricing. Items are quoted bulk packed in cartons less than 75 lbs.
•SHIPPING INSURANCE: Unless otherwise specified all shipments will be insured for the invoice amount. The amount for this insurance will be added to the shipping total.
•C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: All C.O.D. shipments will carry an additional charge of $6.50 (G) per shipment
•DROP SHIPMENTS: Drop shipments can be done for an additional $7.50 (G) per location.
•SPLIT DESTINATIONS: Can be done for an additional $7.50 (G) per shipment. Entire invoice is due at the time of initial shipment.
•RETURN GOODS: Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval.
•TERMS: Are Prepaid or C.O.D. unless credit has been pre-approved.
•PURCHASE ORDERS: Are required to process any orders. Any terms inconsistent with those herein that appear on purchase orders will not be binding to the seller.
